d.  GetNetWize: http://www.getnetwise.org/
e.  i-SAFE: http://www.isafe.org/

Also, BlueCoat has a free web filter product for home use.  It's called K9 and you can check it out at http://www.getk9.com. I just started using it, but it seems to work well.  My 13 year-old hates it...</description>
