4. Develop (formalize) a response plan.  Now that you have a team, have a script that lays out who speaks to the press/analysts (and who does not), who contacts authorities and regulators, who contacts customers, who coordinates the forensics, etc.  Then give it a dry run.  

Worst thing is it costs another box of donuts.  ;)</description>
