Keynotes

ECV Foundation Seminar
Engage in two days immersed in the principles, models, methods, framework, and elements of the System to Effectively Communicate Value. Built using the system, this seminar provides information in a safe environment, structured exercises to experience the process with the support necessary for growth. This training transitions to development, with the first year foundation of the Catalyst Academe included in each seminar.
Catalyst Academe
A custom-designed experience that builds on the training and provides structured development for one year after the seminar (with additional years available) to ensure information becomes understanding; understanding leads to action that drives measureable (positive) results.
The Foundation year (first year) of the Academe provides instruction, exercises and support for roughly one hour per week (4-5 hours each month) to reinforce key concepts and guide successful application.
Optionally incorporated into personal development plans – completed with measurement and progress reports – each lesson is intended to apply the principles of effective communication to current tasks; this improves understanding, ability and ultimately leads to mastery.
ECV Application Workshop
When working with Michael to incorporate and use Catalyst-developed materials, improve existing materials or create custom content, the application workshops are sought out to ensure successful delivery and navigation to understanding.
Michael pulls back the curtain to share how the materials were created, explain why it works and guides a hands-on, intensive program of preparation, practice and delivery. Participants reinforce foundation seminar skills and improve with modeling and spot coaching under Michael’s experienced and watchful eye.
Typically, this workshop is scheduled for participants who successfully completed the ECV Foundation.
Executive Coaching
Existing clients are eligible to work with Michael to provide executive coaching across the entire system to effectively communicate value and the resulting opportunities it brings.
