Onsite Catalyst Sessions

When you work with Michael, you will feel energized, focused and inspired. Let Michael inject his passion and energy into your organization, provide a forum in which to work through specific challenges and/or facilitate team decision-making. Catalyst Sessions are great for team building, problem solving, validation, project kick-off’s, and breathing life into current efforts.

Each session includes preparation and follow-up. Before each session we will work with you to discuss what your current challenges and needs are so that we can prepare to address those in our time together. Because our success is based on your success we also include follow-up time to ensure we have met your needs and to provide support.

Catalyst Conversations
Get the support you need, when you need it

Catalyst conversations can be used to meet the needs of individual team members or a group of up to five (5) people. They are scheduled for one (1) hour and like the on-site sessions there are no limits. We can talk about a specific technical issue that is currently being addressed or individual concerns about how to communicate more effectively. Your needs are met in these flexible sessions.

Unlimited Catalyst Calls
Nobody should be alone. Now you have help when you need it.

Unlimited Catalyst Calls support you and your team of up to (5) people. No matter the question or when you have it, you can reach out to the Security Catalyst and get the support you need.

Available monthly or with our limited-availability annual program, this program includes one Catalyst Conversation (telephone) per month, dedicated email support and unlimited calls - up to two fifteen-minute calls each business day. The annual program includes an invitation to a private security salon and special offers and opportunities throughout the year.
